Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of data associated with this Service, including data processed via Meta/Facebook integrations.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion, contact us at the email listed at the bottom of this page. Include the following:

  • Your full name and contact email used with the Service.
  • Your Facebook/Meta user ID (if request relates to Meta integration).
  • A clear statement that you request data deletion.
  • Optional scope (all data or selected records only).

2. What Happens Next

  • We verify the requester identity to protect account security.
  • We remove or anonymize eligible personal data from active systems.
  • We remove connected tokens/authorizations where applicable.
  • We confirm completion once deletion is finished.

3. Processing Time

Requests are generally completed within 30 days. If legally permitted and technically possible, deletion may be completed sooner.

4. Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited records if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or dispute handling. Such retained data is restricted and used only for those purposes.

5. Revoke Facebook Access Directly

You can also revoke app access from Facebook settings: Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.

Revoking access stops future data sharing from Meta/Facebook.
